helping you create change your way
Working together in midlife is different.

You don't need someone to tell you to "just think positive" or hand you a generic life plan.
You need space to untangle the complex web of roles, expectations, and responsibilities you've built over decades. You need permission to question everything - your career, your relationships, your definition of success.

Most importantly, you need support as you rediscover who you are underneath all those titles and obligations.
I'm Lisa and I specialise in supporting professionals through the complex terrain of midlife.
Having navigated my own significant life transitions, I understand both the challenges and the extraordinary possibilities this stage of life offers.

IN our coaching partnership, you'll:
-
Gain clarity on what matters now - not what mattered in your 30s, not what others expect to matter, but what actually lights you up at this stage of your life.
-
Navigate the practical complexities - how do you explore change when people depend on you? How do you redesign your life without blowing it up? We'll work through the real-world constraints together.
-
Develop your inner compass - That voice that guided you in your twenties might be quieter now, buried under years of other people's expectations. We'll help you hear it again.
-
Make peace with uncertainty - Midlife isn't about having all the answers but you can learn to be comfortable with the questions and trust yourself to navigate what comes next.
-
Create sustainable change - No dramatic life overhauls here. Instead, let’s look at mindful, intentional shifts that honour where you are and where you want to go.

my approach:
When I read the term ‘Midlife Collision’ in Dr Lucy Ryan’s book, Revolting Women, I realised what was happening to me. These challenges are layered and complex.
It’s more than just career dissatisfaction - you're managing aging parents, teenagers, health changes, relationship shifts, and financial responsibilities. You had an idea of what your career would look like and that’s suddenly had to change.

This isn't generic life coaching. Our work together combines practical problem-solving with deeper exploration of identity and purpose. We'll look at:

-
your internal landscape - What beliefs and patterns are keeping you stuck?
-
your external reality - What are your actual constraints and opportunities?
-
the gap between them - Where can you create more alignment?
what makes this different?
✓ No generic blueprints - Your midlife journey is unique to you
✓ Real-world awareness - We work within your actual life, not an idealised version
✓ Permission to evolve - Who you were doesn't have to dictate who you become
✓ Practical wisdom - Tools and insights you can use immediately

Common areas we explore together:

Career & Purpose, Identity & Roles, Health & Energy, Relationships & Boundaries, Future Planning
This could be right for you if:

✓ You're ready to do the inner work alongside the practical planning
✓ You want support that honours your complexity, not quick fixes
✓ You're willing to question long-held assumptions about your life
✓ You're committed to making changes, even if they feel uncomfortable at first

Discovery Session: Complimentary 30-minute conversation to explore if we're a good fit.
Let's have an honest conversation about where you are and where you want to go.

As a high-profile professional in my mid-40s, I was struggling to balance a demanding career and young children while dealing with the grief of losing my parents. Working with Lisa gave me the space to focus on my own needs and develop practical strategies for managing overwhelm. I became better equipped to support both my family and career and avoid burnout. - Bridget
