I work with individual clients, teams and groups and I continue to be amazed by the impact of having a clear space to focus on a situation, dilemma or dream. While I have many years of corporate experience to draw upon, I’m well aware that this is my context, not yours.

Using a values-based coaching approach I will help you take mindful decisions and day-to-day actions that will enable you to achieve your personal or professional goals.
