I’ve spent most of my working life in marketing, administration, data protection and senior management roles in libraries, publishing and private education. On a more personal note,  I am an adoptive parent to two teenagers. I understand the challenges of trying to negotiate support for a family in difficult times.

This somewhat diverse background enables me to have a personal and direct impact through coaching. I’m committed to supporting people in a variety of personal and professional situations. While change is a prevailing theme, it is often underpinned by deeper and more embedded concerns.

I love the variety of people and topics that can be covered in a session, and particularly the sense of progress and achievement my clients experience.

I continue to be amazed by the impact of having a clear space to focus on a situation, dilemma or dream in partnership with a coach who can help you do your best thinking. Coaching creates an opportunity to uncover blocks and create lasting change.
